My stepdaughter Halle just got accepted to grad school in Paris!
We are very proud and excited for her,
so we celebrated with a French inspired meal with recipes
from one of my favorites, Ina Garten's Barefoot in Paris.
The ingredients for the vegetable tian were so beautiful!
The menu: scallops provencal, vegetable tian, salad with warm goat cheese.
It was such a hit I'm recreating it for a dinner party
with friends this weekend!
Mmm. Can't wait, the choc cake is a bit ganache so that will be a perfect tie-in! I am sure the guys will appreciate the flank steak as well - LOVE SCALLOPS! But more importantly...when are we going to PARIS???
